Full project IM covering financial structure, technical design, market analysis, risk framework, governance, and management profiles. Primary document for DFI/ECA due diligence.
Bankable Financial Model Suite
Eight-file model suite: 3 Technical (SPV1/2/3) + 3 Bankable (SPV1/2/3) + Platform Technical + HoldCo Consolidation. Full DSCR, cashflow, and debt service detail.
Technical Feasibility Study (10 Chapters)
Full Ruvuma Energy feasibility study — executive summary through conclusions, including market analysis, technical solution, ESIA, financial feasibility, risk assessment, and implementation plan.
FEED Documentation (SPV1 & SPV2)
Front-End Engineering Design deliverables for the EIP/Power Plant (SPV1) and LNG Liquefaction Complex (SPV2). Basis of Design, process flow diagrams, and equipment lists.
ESIA Reports (Tanzania + Mozambique)
Environmental and Social Impact Assessment reports for both host countries — IFC Performance Standards aligned, submitted to NEMC Tanzania and MITADER Mozambique.
EPC Pre-Qualification Package
Pre-qualification questionnaire, scope of work summaries, HSSE requirements, local content targets, and commercial terms framework for EPC sub-contractor engagement.
